These terms apply to the published TEAM 30 — AI Company OS plugin and its public read-only MCP endpoint, operated by Yurii Demchuk. Version 1.0.1 is available from the ChatGPT Plugins Directory.

Service

TEAM 30 provides read-only planning tools that help select a specialist role, structure a project, and identify actions that require explicit user approval. The submitted candidate does not execute external actions.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you submit, for reviewing generated plans, and for deciding whether to act on them. Do not submit confidential information or content you do not have the right to use.

High-stakes decisions

TEAM 30 can help organize general information but is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or investment advice. Verify high-stakes decisions with a qualified professional.

Approval boundaries

Any future capability that sends messages, spends money, deletes data, changes permissions, deploys publicly, submits for review, or publishes content must remain behind explicit user confirmation and appropriate authorization.

Acceptable use

Do not use TEAM 30 to violate laws, rights, platform rules, security boundaries, or access controls. Do not attempt to extract private prompts, credentials, or internal infrastructure.

Availability

The public MCP endpoint is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed for reliability, security, or policy reasons. No uninterrupted-availability guarantee is made.

Intellectual property

TEAM 30 names, visual assets, workflows, and server-side materials remain the property of their respective owner. You retain rights to your own input and are responsible for your use of generated output.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on generated plans or from actions taken outside the read-only service.
